Super Degreaser #1 - Water Soluble Offshore Cleaner/Degreaser
General Description
Super Degreaser #1 (SDG #1) is an extremely effective proprietary liquid cleaner/degreaser designed for a broad range of applications with special emphasis on offshore rig/platform cleaning and harbor maintenance. SDG #1 will not harm painted surfaces, and it is safe to use on any surface not harmed by water. SDG #1 is biodegradable, non-toxic, non-caustic, nonflammable, and leaves no residue after rinsing. SDG #1 is recommended for use for extreme cleaning conditions, (oil based muds, dried grease, tars, etc.). Because of is higher pH SDG #1 is an eye and skin irritant and proper eye and skin protection should be worn when using this product.
Application
SDG #1 is a concentrated cleaner that should be diluted with water for best cleaning results. The actual dilution rate depends on the amount and type of soils found on the surface to be cleaned. A suggested dilution rate is as follows:
