Heavy Duty Biodegradable “Clean-in-Place” Degreaser
General Description
DG-165 is a water-based blend of nonionic surfactants, chelators and penetrants formulated for general cleaning of all types of surfaces not affected by water. DG-165 is an excellent oil emulsifying degreaser with strengths varying with the degree of dilution with water. DG-165 is formulated to be diluted with water and used as a “clean-in-place” detergent for heavy oily deposits. DG-165 is non-toxic, does not contain any caustics, solvents, or any EPA rated hazardous ingredients. DG-165 is easily rinsed with water leaving no residue.
Application
DG-165 can be applied by almost any means including mops, rags or spray equipment. When diluted above 20:1, DG-165 is a very effective spray and wipe cleaner for heavy oily soils on equipment. When used below 20:1, DG-165 is a fast penetrating degreaser that rinses easily with water leaving no residue.

Dilutions
DG-165 is a concentrated cleaner and should be diluted for best results. For “Clean-in-Place”:
| Heavy | 1 part DG-165 | 20 parts water |
| Medium | 1 part DG-165 | 20 to 30 parts water |
| Light | 1 part DG-165 | 30 to 50 parts water |
For rinse applications, dilute as needed for soil conditions.

DG-165 is available in UN approved 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums and bulk quantities.
