General Description
DG-100 is a biodegradable, non-caustic, water-based blend of nonionic detergents, solubilizers, chelators, penetrants and builders designed for specification cleaning of storage tank wall surfaces, pipelines, and equipment not affected by contact with water. Depending upon the degree of its dilution with water, DG-100 is an excellent general purpose cleaner and oil emulsifying degreaser. DG-100 is ideally suited for degassing and decontaminating barges, ships, tanks, vats and for all engine room maintenance.
Application
DG-100 is highly concentrated and should be diluted with water for best results. Industry standard application equipment can be used to apply product in concentrate or diluted form.
For flood circulation cleaning of small vessels or pipelines, use 2 to 10 percent by volume. Adjust concentration for soil conditions. Use 2 to 10 percent for butter-worth cleaning. Product can also be applied as provided and fire hoses can be used to rinse.
As a general purpose cleaner:
For engines and equipment heavily coated with oil/grease: use 1 part DG-100 to 2 parts water.
For fresh oil spills and daily clean-up: use 1 part DG-100 to 5 parts water.
For light cleaning - use 4 ounces DG-100 to 1 gallon of water.

Availability
DG-100 is available in UN approved 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums and bulk quantities.
Handling
Observe warning label on containers. Normal precautions for industrial chemicals apply.
