General Description

AC-90 OVEN - GRILL & HOOD is a heavy duty grease and carbon remover for the fast and economical oven and grill maintenance. It is an excellent degreaser for many other kitchen chores as well. Oven surfaces that are encrusted with grease, oils, fats and carbonized food materials are less efficient as heat conductors. Heavy build-up of soils can interfere with the uniform radiation of heat, causing hot spots to develop. This can cause the oven to use more energy to overcome the effects of this insulation layer. Foods cook more evenly when this layer is removed. This oven and grill cleaning compound penetrates through the layers to dissolve and emulsify them. Oven racks, grills, barbecue grills, broiler pans, smokers, deep fryers, and exhaust vents can be restored to a clean appearance and optimum performance level with regular cleaning and maintenance. AC-90 OVEN - GRILL & HOOD contains a high level of alkaline salts and special care should be used when cleaning aluminum

Application/Dilution

AC-90 OVEN - GRILL & HOOD can be diluted or used as is for quick results. Dilution rates vary depending on cleaning difficulty. Product can be sprayed or poured on surfaces to be cleaned. Allow ample time for the product to penetrate soils, scrub any stubborn areas, and then rinse with hot or cold water.

Always spot test painted surfaces prior to wide spread application. AC-90 can be sprayed, brushed or poured onto surfaces to be cleaned.

AC-90 is available in UN approved 1 gallon pails, 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums and bulk quantities.

Handling

Observe warning label on containers. Normal precautions for indus­trial chemicals apply.
